We always make your products with the greatest attention and care, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact Our Tiles with Style at 704-622-4838 within 30 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of Our Tiles with Style's error.

We are not responsible for the following: Poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor quality images, we will check your image as soon as it is received and if there is a problem we will contact you immediately. Spelling, punctuation, or accuracy errors in the text entered by the customer: please review your custom text carefully, we do not proofread nor can we correct these errors. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. To return your items: Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.
